Capture Module
The Paydata.NET
Capture Module has been designed to
be completely transport independent,
further enhancing the flexibility
of the system and providing your organization
the freedom to choose any transport
on the market.
The Capture Module
creates digital images of the remittances
(payments, statements, etc.) into
the system. The Paydata.NET Capture
Module allows all types of payment
processing and any combination of
types including: Single-Pass Conventional,
Image Two-Pass, Read-and-Key, or Power
Encode process, with or without image
archive.
Images captured
may include checks, remittance stubs,
invoices, envelopes, and other related
documents. The data captured may also
include OCR and MICR.
The first
goal of every remittance or payment
processing system is to correctly
account for and process the payments
received. This requires not only correctly
identifying the actual amounts of
the checks but also processing them
for the correct amounts.
