Remote Capture and Distributed Processing (ShareSelect)
Our ShareSelect licensing agreement enables remote locations, branch offices, customers, etc., to scan and capture both check and document images remotely and transmit those images to Paydata.eDEPOSIT Workflow for processing. Images may be transmitted from any remote location or client location, including image enabled ATM’s. In addition, a ShareSelect licensing agreement for Paydata.eDEPOSIT allows you to easily expand to a multiple site, distributed processing environment. Your remote sites can “share” processing features across your operating topology while you manage the efficiency of your staff, balance workloads, and utilize processing functions across your entire operation from a single management workstation. Depending on the configuration of your remote site(s), you also have the advantage of using that site for disaster recovery purposes.

Check and Document Imaging
Checks and images are archived for easy access via the Internet or intranet. Our InfoWeb Archive module is a check and document repository for clients that need access to both checks and associated document images. Furthermore, the flexibility of the InfoWeb Archive system allows check images from Paydata.eDEPOSIT to be exported into any third party archive system.

Paydata.eDEPOSIT is the only solution that image-enables both paper checks and associated documents for complete deposit transaction processing.

Image Archive and WEB Access
Checks and images are archived for easy access via the Internet or intranet. Our InfoWeb Archive module is a check and document repository for clients that need access to both checks and associated document images. Furthermore, the flexibility of the InfoWeb Archive system allows check images from Paydata.eDEPOSIT to be exported into any third party archive system.

Workflow Engine
The Paydata.eDEPOSIT Workflow Module is a powerful account setup and decision engine that provides you the ability to define and establish the preferred check payment and document processing lane down to the transaction level. Unique processing lanes can be established for each client and their specific financial institution. After checks and associated documents are scanned and captured, check, associated document images, and MICR files are transmitted to the Paydata.eDEPOSIT Workflow Module for processing and routing to the appropriate settlement channel.

IRD Disbursement through Paydata.eDEPOSIT and any qualified third party with a nationwide network of remote print facilities for local presentment and collection.

Image Exchange through Paydata.eDEPOSIT and direct transmission of image files to image-enabled banks, including Day 2 processing for exceptions and returns.

ACH/ARC channels for sorting, settlement and payment.
