We provide solutions to process your checks, cash, money orders, document, invoices and credit cards at your location. We are also able to host your archive or the entire operation at a secure website, if you so desire.

• Infoscore’s solutions are easy to operate
• It is Infoscore’s policy to keep all installations up to date with the latest version of software and work with the latest safe operating environments. When software is not updated it becomes old and support of older applications, database and operating system software becomes both difficult and expensive. The ability to upgrade to the next level is built in to our design. • Infoscore continues to improve its software.
• All our installations in 14 different vertical markets have the same software and have the same features that were developed by Infoscore over the past twenty-one years.

• Our product family is scalable to any size processing environment – from the smallest startup setting to that of organizations processing millions of transactions per month at multiple sites. This powerful scalability protects your investment by allowing you to expand your system by adding system resources (e.g. workstations and servers) as your business grows without a costly conversion to a different software platform.

• Our solutions are distributable; you can utilize resources from selected sites to complete processing in the most timely and economical method (i.e. Infoscore’s iShareSelect.NET).

• System backup is built into our products. Our products can replicate data, images and profile information at the primary location to an alternate secure site or site(s) on the fly. If the primary location becomes unavailable to operate for any reason the in-progress work can be resumed at one of the alternate secure sites

In general the following pricing principals and configuration information applies to our solutions:

• Pricing - Our product pricing is based on document volume which includes invoices, coupons, checks, money order etc. This methodology of pricing allows us to provide an economical solution at all volume requirements.
• Electronic Deposits - Our Check21 module will create an electronic file and will take the place of a manual deposit.
• Form & Character Recognition – Our forms processing and CAR/LAR save keystrokes by classifying image and then reading form fields on document and the legal and courtesy amount of checks and money orders.
• Transports – Many transports from shoe box sized transports which read 6 inch documents at 40 documents per minute to transports reading 1500 documents per minute are available. Depot service is available for shoe box sized transports, other larger transport are serviced on site by the manufacturer or a 3rd party.
• Installation and Training – Depending upon the configuration, Infoscore installs and trains your staff at your location to operate our solutions. Capture only sites are automatically installed and are trained online.
• Annual Software Maintenance Fee includes Upgrades – We support the system remotely or on-site as necessary. This fee includes updates of new safe technology as it becomes available as well as many new features.

Executive Team

Darrell Thomas
President and Product Visionary

As the original founder of Infoscore, Inc., Darrell is responsible for day-to-day company operations and direct management of sales and marketing, and is also responsible for the future direction of Infoscore’s products. With over thirty-two years of experience, Darrell has personally developed or directed the development of five (5) image based payment processing systems. The current Infoscore product, Paydata.NET, is the culmination of this experience. Darrell’s extensive career includes submarine systems development for the U.S. Navy. After several years, Darrell joined Bell & Howell’s programming staff for their remittance processing systems and was involved in many high volume remittance-processing installations, including New York Telephone and Southwestern Bell. In 1981, Darrell moved to England to direct the Payment Processing Division of Bell & Howell in Europe and returned a few years later as U.S. Director of Development for Bell & Howell’s first imaging product. Shortly afterwards, Lundy Financial Products bought Bell & Howell. Darrell was instrumental in developing the TRACE system as well as designing the database for the remittance processing system that Lundy marketed for several years.

Bill Robertson
Chief Financial Officer

Bill brings over forty-four years of varied experience to his current role as Chief Financial Officer. This extensive technical and financial background includes eighteen years with Capitol Records (Thorn EMI), serving in several capacities, including CFO, Treasurer and MIS Director. Bill also spent eight years with SmartStar Corporation, a provider of software development products and tools, as Vice President of Finance and Controller. For eight years prior to SmartStar Corporation, Bill began his career in systems and technology related positions with IBM, Shore Calnevar, Inc., and CBS Television.
