Product Support
Infoscore’s Support Services
department is comprised of a team of highly skilled
and knowledgeable Systems Engineers assembled to
maintain the integrity of your system. We have the
capabilities to meet even your most demanding needs
by providing optional 24x7x365 support. We
understand that your customers are the core of your
organization and that processing their payments in a
timely manner is paramount. For this reason, we
always strive to provide the highest level of
excellence and efficiency in customer support.
Installation and
Training
Infoscore provides on-site
installation and training by seasoned professionals,
well versed and highly proficient in the
system architecture. We take the time to provide a
personalized, one-on-one, hands-on introduction to
your systems administrators as well as the broader
base of system operators. Training does not stop
when we leave your site. We continue to work with
your team until they feel comfortable with the
system.
Additionally, Infoscore supplies
optional, high-level system education and training
for Systems Administrators and Managers. Once your
system is functional, additional training allows
your organization to take full advantage of the
breadth of the system. Whether you need to learn
about creating new applications to interface with
the our systems, writing User Exits, or simply
discovering the host of capabilities available on
the system, we will customize the training according
to your needs.
Project
Management
Infoscore provides
Project Management services to ensure the timely
coordination of all activities associated with the
system or family module deployment. An
experienced Project Manager, utilizing
state-of-the-art project management technology
tools, serves as the primary point of contact and is
responsible for developing project plans, and
tracking and resolving issues to ensure that
adequate resources are in place to meet
deliverables.
As a focal point, the Infoscore
Project Manager works closely with all levels of
your organization to make certain that your
requirements are well understood and documented in
order to ensure the attainment of your goals and
expectations.
